Boys Will Be Boys.

This is a visual example of my chaotic day...one of those days when things seem to go wrong, one after the other. I opened my dryer to this horrific crime scene. I believe my youngest son was the culprit this time. I would like to call this one, "Bloody Gecko", in honor of the blood-like red crayon drip running down the front of my dryer. This was a fun one to clean up.

This is a disturbing image! Any other color crayon and I would have been fine. Noah really loves his lizards doesn't he. Is this one missing any limbs, or is this one of the new ones Em brought him from Texas? Here leezard, leezard, leezard!

Actually, this one is intact...but his tiny paws are a little misshapen due to the extreme heat of the dryer.

The bloody gecko is AWESOME!!! That is really what having kids is all about. Well, that and the amazing, overwhelming, unconditional love part that happens after they are asleep.
I had a crayon in my oven once. YUCK.

*F.Y.I. You can call 1-800-Crayola and get advice on how to get melted crayon out of ANYTHING! My advice included a wire brush and WD-40.

No, its one of those stretchy, sticky ones that boys tend to put in their pockets and forget about!!

Bloody Gecko is hilarious! Oh my gosh, that had to have taken FOREVER to clean up! Thanks to 1-800-CRAYOLA things should be lookin' up! I had a black crayon go through the dryer once...
everything had little black spots...they didn't come out...we threw half that dryer load away! I'll pray for better luck than that!
