P.S. Is It Wrong To Steal A Library Book In The Name Of Jesus?

Leave the book, take the page? Got Sharpie markers, don't you?
Last year we checked out some winter books from the IC Library and turns out that one of them was about some gay penguins, so we had to confiscate it. Whats the point?!?? Lots more I'd like to say, but I'm already known for my smart mouth, I guess!

I was thinking along the lines of a 'post-it' note...

WHAT?!?! My dear family is confiscating materials from an institution of knowledge and free speech?! My horror. What will I do with you all. You must fill me in on your misdeeds when we get together. Carrie

Geez, Carrie...you sound like a librarian, or something! I would never ever disrespect such an institution....but it's kinda fun to think about it!

So I think you need to return the book (I'm not sure stealing falls in the category of "Christian freedoms") but put in a post it note with a message about how the last family who checked this out prays to Jesus, and direct them to Parkview's website (or similar) if they want to learn more about Jesus. Just a thought.
