Classic.

Well, it's the day after Christmas and the kids are watching a movie and playing with their favorite presents...the boxes that their presents came in. Notice the convenient door cut out for handy chocolate grabbing. Not sure how he gets it to the window where his mouth is.

And this one is pretty self explanatory...

Classic.

Cookie Making "09.

This process gets easier and easier every year. They wanted to do it all. I basically helped minimally with the rolling and the taking in and out of the oven and they took care of the rest.

Max was not interested in getting his hands dirty. (He doesn't like that.) So, he basically sat and watched with this look on his face.

Here is Sam and the 4 cookies he frosted. When it was all over and done with he said, "Hey, I only did 4." But those 4 were wonderful.

Pretty cookie makers...

he's a licker...

This one decided to roll out of bed and grace us with his presence. He did his thing, then disappeared again.

Max turned out to be the resident sprinkle shaker expert. It was the only contribution that did not involve getting his hands messy (He doesn't like that.)

He also decided they tasted pretty good as long as his Mom held it for him so his hands didn't get messy (he doesn't like that.)

It takes a Mom with experience to know that even though she is smiling innocently, there is a cookie stuffed in there.

Abraham Lincoln.

I've learned more facts about Abe Lincoln in the past week than ever. He sure is cute. He now wants to be the President when he grows up. Not sure I would wish that for him :)
